The area is safe and suburban, with a touch of nearby country living. 5 miles to Downtown Sacramento, Golden 1 Center, close to all FWY interchanges I-5, U.S. 50, I-80, I-80 (Business), HWY 99. A 13 mile drive to the Sacramento International Airport. A 15 minute Drive to UC Davis Med Center, a 15 Minute drive to Davis, CA. The space The space is fresh, clean, newer construction, the guest room is sun-filled, the bathroom is clean and private. The backyard patio available for use/seating is available. There is a private loft workspace for use. *I have two indoor only cats. They generally hide from guests, but MAY visit you. Guest access Guests may access the upstairs bedroom, bath and loft workspace. Downstairs kitchen access is limited to use of the following: microwave, hot water kettle and Keurig. *Longer-term guests (over 7 day stays) may request kitchen access to prepare meals and cooking and access to the laundry room. During your stay My interaction with guests depends on the guest. I respect your privacy but if you'd like to strike up a conversation, I am here for it.
