The backyard is not used by us in the fall/winter months so it's fully yours to enjoy privately! For stays over 2 weeks in length, snow removal is provided only after heavy snowfalls and any time-sensitive or light maintenance can be completed to your preferred standard with the shovel and salt provided. -Please note the pool is not open during the rental season of this unit. We provide for FREE at check-in: - Coffee and tea - Chilled water, pop, & sparkling water - Kitchen supplies - All house cleaning supplies, for the neat freaks out there hoping to maintain a pristine space during a long-term stay *Please know that there is some occasional sound transfer from the upper unit of the home and that this property may not be suitable for those who are highly sensitive to occasional sound from their neighbors. **There is a strict no indoor smoking policy in effect for this unit. PET RESTRICTIONS: All guests must inquire about the presence of their pet to confirm if it's approved for stays. All reservation requests must include the number of pets in your group. Please inquire with the host for full pet policy details. We do our best to provide a five-star hospitality service alongside this five-star property. Therefore we encourage our guests to reach out with any questions or special requests. We're more than happy to do our best to accommodate your needs or help answer any questions, etc. to make sure you have the most enjoyable stay possible at our property. Check-out Rules: In the event that the guest is still occupying the unit 1 hour after the original check-out time without written permission from the host or without an official booking extension through Airbnb, a $50 late check-out fee will apply. If the guest is still occupying the property 3 hours after the original check-out an additional $100 fee ($150 total) will apply and at this point, the host or co-host will take the appropriate measures to assist the guest in vacating the property. If a guest remains at the property beyond their check-out time without written permission and it stops the next guest from being able to check in for their booking, the first guest is responsible for compensating the host for the trip disruption of their next guest in the amount of the next guest's full scheduled stay. Notes about Mail: Guests are not permitted to have any mail sent to the address of this property, regardless of their length of stay. Please use alternative measures arranged through the post office to obtain your mail. Guest access Guests are permitted to access the driveway/parking area, and the apartment area, as well as enjoy the ground level of the backyard and any outdoor furniture as well. Please note pool access isn't included with this unit for saftey reasons, and the unit is typically not available during the summer months during the pool season (june july august) Other things to note *Please know that there is some sound transfer from the family on the upper floor of the home and that this property may not be suitable for those who are highly sensitive to occasional sound from neighbours.
