Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the condo and the shared communal areas. Upon arrival, you must register your entry with them by showing your IDs. However, they are not part of the Sand Pacific team, any questions about your reservation, please see it directly with us. Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. Other things to note *PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL WILL BE OUT OF SERVICE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE* The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. - The terrace is normally pretty tranquil, but it can happen that there are guest using the terrace and you can hear some noise in the apartment. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited. - Infants are counted as guests and we can't exceed the maximum capacity. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Pets are not allowed. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in. - A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice. - The pool is not heated, so in January and February it can feel cold. - The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.
