Island Fair

Our house is situated in a quite culdesac and a 2 minute walk to Ballina Fair shopping center. Close to parks, and a short bike ride to Ballina's famous beaches. There will be no need to leave this tropical paradise. The kitchen is equipped with a Thermomix and an alkaline water ionizer. Whole house water filtration to remove chlorine. Offering 5 bedrooms, as well as a study area, private ensuite and two lounge rooms open plan. Driveway can fit a caravan or 3 cars. Table tennis in the garage. The space The master bedroom sleeps a king size bed with 1500 thread count sheets. The private ensuite and office run off the master bedroom. The four bedrooms have three king single beds with the one bedroom offering a queen size bed. All bedding is 1500 thread count as I believe a goods night sleep is essential. The whole house has an Argon water filtration system to remove chlorine and bacteria. The pool is 13 meters by 4.5 meters with a solar blanket to keep the water warm. The sun lounger has a table inside so you can have afternoon platters by the pool. The outdoor Kloudsac is amazing to chill in with a beer! The kitchen has a Thermomix TM31 and recepie books in the cupboard, or of course you can seach the internet. The kitchen and fridge water filters are reverse osmosis with an alkaline filter, to re-mineralize the water. The additional water filter is an alkaline ionizer that hydrogenates the water. Instructions will be left - The filter also makes acidic water for cleaning and steralizing, so there is no need to use chemicals. The TV lounge has 3 large Kloudsacs for lounging around where the second longe has a two and 3 seater couch. Its a great property and well loved, it's not perfect - But neither are we :) Guest access The entire house and garage - One room in the garage will be locked to access. Other things to note Bluetooth speakers and the wifi password will be supplied at the property. The dishwasher can be controlled through the app or manually.
