Welcome! Our Smyrna home sits on just over an acre, blending rustic charm with modern touches. We're 30 minutes from Nashville and BNA Airport — close to the city, but a true retreat. Plenty of room inside and out for friends or families to spread out. The backyard is the heart of the home: lounge by the pool, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy the quiet on your own private acre. Perfect for a Nashville getaway, family trip, or weekend to recharge. Can't wait to host you! The space The Master Suite is one of the largest bedrooms you'll ever stay in, complete with a private balcony overlooking the backyard. Roll out of bed, step outside, and enjoy the morning sunrise with your coffee. Working from home? The office has everything you need: an adjustable standing desk and a Dell monitor to plug your laptop into. A MacBook adapter and HDMI cable are provided — just reach out if you need a different adapter. Staying active? We've got a Peloton bike and a few weights — no excuses! The bike's monitor rotates, so you can follow strength classes too. Headphones via Bluetooth are a good idea if others are still sleeping. Music everywhere. We believe music lifts the spirit, so you'll find Bluetooth speakers throughout the house — perfect for your favorite tunes while you cook, relax, or dance like nobody's watching. The backyard is our favorite part of the property. Curl up in the hammock with a book and coffee, listen to the birds, and wander through the flower and herb garden (we love to compost and recycle — small ways to care for the planet). In summer, hummingbirds visit throughout the day. Take a dip in the pool, sunbathe on the deck, or come out at night to enjoy the sounds of nature. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house except the garage. Other things to note Pets are always welcome! A $100 additional cleaning fee applies. A quick heads-up: the fridge doesn't have an ice maker, but we've stocked a few ice cube trays in the freezer for you.
