Unique Beach & Sea Views Modern 1 Bed Apartment

This unique holiday home, with a decking area of the wirral waterfront has a style all of its own! + free parking( if reserved ) please note, there are steps down to the property, (as we are situated on a road with a hill) the steps take you down to a beautiful view from the garden decking ,and then on to our very stylish lower apartment , cruise ships and other vessels sailing along , which can be seen clearly ,a very relaxing place to stay while you enjoy sitting on the decking area.! The space The property is 1st line from the waterfront, and from the decking area the views are amazing ( especially with a morning tea or coffee ! ), a few steps, and you will aproach the patio doors that bring you to this modern holiday home , which comprises a combined lounge with kitchen/dining area, a seperate bathroom with shower, with modern fitted sink and toilet , and a seperate , warm comfortable bedroom, with super kingsize bed , and a great view of the river mersey ♡ just recently the Queen Anne Cunard ship visited the city of Liverpool ,sailing past our window ,with a wonderful firework display which is clearly visible from our decking , a beautiful l sight to see ! Guest access The apartment is self contained ,and is entirely used by guests during their stay .there is a car parking space for a small car, which can be reserved (if pre- booked. in advance)as this space is not always available .however for guests who are travelling via public transport,buses and trains are nearby, there is a bus stop at the top of the hill, a short walk away, the outside decking area in the photos is for the guests use ,and is a lovely relaxing place for coffee or a drink watching the ships sail by ! Other things to note There are steps leading up and down to the promenade via a public road, there is no vehicular access on the promenade adjacent to the holiday home , as there is a cycle path along the promenade (walking or cycling only) There is a small car parking space at the back of the apartment, which is not always available ,(please reserve well in advance if needed, ) there is also free on street parking in all roads around the property .
