2-level loft with amazing views and great amenities. Spacious and bright with direct beach access (shared stairwell). 2nd floor entry to open living w/sofa bed, dining, kitchen and full bath, all on PCH side of building with some traffic noise. Stairs to 3rd floor with a 2nd living area w/sofa bed, large bedroom, 1/2 bath and furnished, beachfront rooftop deck with special panoramic ocean views. ***No recent reviews or superhost status due to rental pause when there was nearby construction. The space Loft with shiplap and exposed beams. AC and heat are available on both floors. 2nd floor living area is open plan with pull out queen sleeper couch, large flat screen tv, kitchen with all of the essentials, and a full bathroom. On the 3rd floor is a half bath and a 2nd living area with another pull out queen sleeper couch. Barn doors can be pulled to separate this area from the master bedroom that has additional furniture for lounging and another TV. Entire bedroom has expansive ocean views and direct access to a rooftop deck that has beach views as well as unobstructed panoramic views up and down the coast. Plentiful sea life can be seen including seals, sea lions and dolphins as well as seasonal whales. Beach is usually peaceful with just the sound of the waves and is very nice to walk at low tide. It is covered surrounding high tide. Kayaks, longboard, boogie boards and child beach toys provided, however we do not have snorkle gear. Pictures show entire property, however this rental does not include any of the first floor or the ocean side of the 2nd floor. Balcony on third floor in pictures is the only balcony with this unit. Foyer, garage and direct beach access are shared. Guest access It is a two vehicle garage and two spaces in front of the garage. Viewing the home from the PCH, the right side is reserved for the Loft (Unit 2) and fits a medium sized car. The left side is strictly reserved for the Oasis (Unit 1) and fits a medium sized car. Larger vehicles need to use the spaces in front of the garage. Plenty of parking across the highway. Never park elsewhere on the beach side of the PCH. Access the beach from the door just to the left when entering from the Pacific Coast Highway. See the House Rules for TIPS on how to deal with the traffic while parking. Other things to note Guest who makes the reservation must be over 25 and staying at the property. Identity will be verified by ring doorbell. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets or assistance animals as it would jeopardize our health as a result of allergic reactions. Entire property inside and out is non-smoking, therefore all guests must be non-smokers. Please note when you schedule deliveries to tell them which unit so they know whether to press doorbell 1 (Unit 1) or doorbell 2 (Unit 2). Then you will know faster and not disturb the other guests.
