Throughout the house, you will notice new carpet in the living room and Primary Bedroom, along with new wood-style vinyl flooring throughout a majority of the home. The Primary Bathroom has been completely updated and remodeled with quartz countertops, heated tile floors, and refinished cabinets. The walk-in shower is now twice the size and a brand new soaking tub has been added to this bathroom, the perfect place to relax after a day at the mountain. The guest bath has also been redone with granite countertops, tile flooring, and updated sinks, toilet, and shower fixtures. The laundry/mudroom has also been completely updated with new flooring, countertops, sink, and refinished cabinets. Bedroom 1: The Primary bedroom houses a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and double sinks. Bedroom 2: Then you will find another bedroom with a King-sized bed. Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has two sets of Twin-sized bunk beds, perfect for 4 Bedroom 4: In the remaining room, there is a set of twin beds. The twin beds can be pushed together and converted into a king-size bed, making this room very versatile in sleeping arrangements. Living: Two Living Areas, including a Smart TV in the Living Room, with a Soundbar. Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill. *All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests’ personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items.
