A calm haven in the centre of Aix

You will be at home in this cozy, calm, centrally located and completely redone studio. Spacious and clean, you will have a sitting area, small but fully functional kitchen area, dining table, office space and TV corner. The mezzanine bed is double. There is Wi-Fi. Be our guest! The space The studio is well layed out, with a small space for each activity. There is a lounge area in the front, a small kitchen (but with a real oven) a full bathroom, small office area, space under the mezzanine with a couch and television, and double bed on the mezzanine. The studio is in a calm building, with few neighbors and no street noise. The rue d'Italie has everything you might need. Shops, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. The train station is a 10 minute walk away (or 15 from the Gare TGV bus station). There is a parking garage 5 minutes away. I have lived in the area for over 30 years and will be happy to provide information concerning Aix and the surrounding area. Guest access The studio is centrally located, in the historic "vieille ville" of Aix. Everything you may need is within walking distance. Other things to note My husband and I have lived in the area for over 30 years. We will be happy to help with any travel questions.
