Private Suite with Newly Refinished Bed/Bath

This newly refinished private suite includes a personal refrigerator, coffee maker, dual electric burner and a large closet. Full laundry and kitchen access available on request. Other features: Furnished outdoor deck, garden space, half-acre green lot bordering both the edge of town and a postcard-perfect Vermont farm. This is a pet-friendly, in-town rental, just over a mile from downtown restaurants, shops, area hospitals and Brattleboro's historic Latchis Theatre. 26 miles to Mt. Snow Resort Guest access Guests are free to use the house's 1st floor and outdoor common spaces, including the main kitchen (though I do like to communicate about kitchen use, just so I'm aware of when guests may want to use it and there's no stepping on each other's meal prep). During your stay I sometimes travel for work. I will only enter the suite at the request of an occupant for repairs, cleaning, etc.
