The space This condo is on the second floor of a 40 unit, two storey building. A person must be able to climb stairs to get here. It has a small balcony where you can sit and take in the view. The max occupancy is four adults, or two adults with up to four kids. Due to the community setting, this space is not suitable for more than four adults. There is a murphy bed available, but must be requested at time of booking and incurs an extra person cost ($10 per night) due to the extra laundry. Pets are not permitted. Our condo is self check in with a smart lock. Ensure you view check in instructions. Short term rental license # 16750 Guest access In addition to our condo, there is an administration building where you will find a seasonal outdoor pool, an indoor hot tub, a pool table, and laundry facilities. The door code for the pool and the admin building will be provided prior to your arrival. In the basement of the admin building (next to the hot tub) is where coin operated washers and dryers ($2.50each per load) are located. Other things to note This is a very quiet, family friendly, building. Many people live here year round, so parties and loud music are not permitted. This is also a non-smoking property, including balconies and the breezeway. Smoking is only permitted on far side of parking lot near contained ashtrays. Note: Fireplace pilot light is turned off during summer months due to heat generated. Note: For peak holiday bookings, the strict cancellation policy is in effect.
