The primary suite offers a cozy king bed, two bedrooms offer queen beds and the bunk room is perfect for the kiddos with two sets of bunk beds and a separate twin day bed. You can pack up a few of the beach chairs and toys provided in the garage and head to the beach. The two miles of paved walking paths in Shorepine Village, and unique wooden boardwalk provide quick and easy access to some of Oregon's most beautiful beaches. Guests are welcome to use the bikes that are available in the garage. After a long day of playing at the beach or exploring the beach town of Pacific City, Nestugga Woods is the perfect place to come back to unwind. Challenge the kids to a competitive game of ping pong or pour a glass of wine and take a relaxing nap by the gas fireplace. To top it all off, slip into the jetted tub in the master bath for a nice long soak! Maximum Occupancy for this property, including adults, children, and infants is 10 Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors. Guests will have access to the whole house. Guest will be sent an email within 48 hours prior to arrival with information for self check in, including location, driving directions and key code or lock box code for entering the home. Dory Pointe Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy outlined in the Property Description. Maximum Occupancy for this property, including adults, children, and infants is 10 Occupancy limits cannot be exceeded at any time, including visitors. There is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 3), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
