On The Bay is ready for relaxing

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. A terrific play park right across the street. Downtown Holland only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park or Ottawa State Park. Bedrooms have 1 queen bed, and one has a full bottom/twin top bunk bed. Shower/tub combo full bath The space Serene 60's home with vinyl flooring throughout. There are 4 steps into the home from front porch or laundry room and a 2 step sunken living room in the home. Blow up queen bed available in front closet with bedding. Couch has two end recliners so not really for sleeping on. If you do, please use sheets in front closet and leave out when you leave. Shower/tub combo. Towels/linens provided plus a starter amount of normal toiletries. Fully equipped kitchen with a few spices. 2 single kayaks on carts in the garage. Guests must speak with owner to get "put in" details. 2 adults bikes, 3 others of varying sizes, a few yard games. Small grocery store a short 2 blocks away. This is strictly a no smoking/no vaping, no loud party/no pets of any kind place. Please don't rent it if you cannot treat it with respect and the utmost care. Guest access Key pad entry makes it simple for guests to come and go as needed. Left side of garage has keypad on the pass thru door for grill, 2 beach chairs, yard games, bikes and kayak's. Garage code listed on a sign in the laundry room. Right side of the garage is for owner's use. Other things to note Enter key pad code to enter home on porch or back door. To leave, simply pull door shut and press lock X button. We have no tolerance for parties in our home. This reservation is for the persons listed on the reservation only unless privileges are extended from the host ahead of time in writing thru the app. The home has strong wifi and a smart TV for streaming your own apps and we have live tv but no cable. Any use of our bikes and kayaks are your responsibility and we are not liable for any injuries or occurrences. We do not provide helmets. This is a NO smoking policy inside and outside the home.
