We simply can't wait to host our regular guests and new ones now that we've completed the renovation and are open again . We've got a beautiful new kitchen, an updated guest bathroom and bedroom with the same peaceful and welcoming vibe. Pricing — We Pay All Airbnb Fees Associated with Your Stay. Airbnb has made some changes. To be transparent, we pay the Airbnb fees, the guest pays a nightly rate, a cleaning fee and taxes. When you book your stay with us, you will see the fees you'll pay broken out. Our Airbnb Space The private room is 200 sq ft and sleeps two adults comfortably (new queen-sized bed), complete with a closet and hangers. We use healthy, clean, and safe cleaning products in our home (mostly Method products) and have a HEPA filter in the guest room to help manage the world-famous Central Texas allergies. We offer Okeo-Tex certified sheets, mattress pads, and comforters, and use scent-free detergent and dryer sheets. Recycling is available throughout the house, and guests are encouraged to recycle. The private full bath is adjacent to the bedroom and comes with Okeo-Tex certified towels and popular brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and moisturizer. Always on WiFi provides broadband Internet for your mobile lifestyle. We’re cord cutters—we don’t have cable TV but do have a 43" TV in the guest bedroom where you can stream from your accounts or watch channels and live TV via Samsung TV. We provide coffee and tea in the morning. You’re welcome to use the stove and microwave. If you’d like to buy and keep food during your visit, we have a refrigerator in the garage where you can keep everything you need to make your visit comfortable. Bedding, linens, and towels are provided (changing them as needed for those staying more than 5 days). Private, modern, and super clean full bath with great shower water pressure. Kitchen privileges are included. Washer and dryer on premises. An iron and an ironing board or a steamer are available on request. We have a dog, Barbie, who is a mini-bull terrier (like the Target dog) and is chatty. She is friendly, but we manage her access to guests. We do not allow Barbie in the guestroom, however, if you are allergic to pets, please consider if this is an ideal situation for you. Guest access We've got a contemporary home with an open floor plan. You are welcome to eat at the breakfast bar (kitchen island) or at the dining room table. Of course, the guest bedroom and bathroom are private to you but if you need anything there at all, just let us know. Extra large washer and dryer are available for our guests. If you'd like to do laundry while you're staying with us, just let us know and we show you how the machines work. Iron and ironing board and steamer is available upon request. During your stay We work from home so we are in the house and available to answer questions or help with directions and the like during the day. We're early risers so we start our day with coffee and tea, pet breakfasts and dog walks. Guests are welcome to relax in our kitchen and dining room--this is the heart of the house and is expansive. We offer guests access to a second refrigerator for food and beverage storage. Sorry, home office, master bedroom and bath, garage and gas grill are not available for guests. Knowing more about you helps us understand how to do that. Other things to note Central Texas offers beautiful experiences that include a variety of weather experiences! If you are coming during the winter months, know that the weather can be warm and in the 60's to downright cold with freezing temperatures in the 20's and 30's at times. Please check the weather and plan to dress in layers to best deal with the quick changing weather. An umbrella might a good idea too. Still, you should bring sunscreen and sunglasses as you'll need these items most times of the year. Plan on bringing a water bottle or drinking a lot of water during summer months which can be very hot and sometime humid.
