Casa Joelle: 2BR Beach House at Marina di Praia

Wake up to the sound of waves and step right onto the beach. Our newly renewed Two Bedroom Waterfront property is located directly on the beautiful beach of Marina di Praia in between the towns of Praiano and Furore. Enjoy private boat tours to Capri, sunbathe right outside your door, or fall asleep to the rhythm of the sea. Visit the surrounding towns of Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Minori and Maiori. The space Casa Joelle is located at the beautiful beach of Marina di Praia. This private, newly renovated beach house-style apartment sleeps 5 people. Enjoy its proximity to the beach and many bars and restaurants offering typical Italian cuisine and fish based dishes all within walking distance. The apartment offers: Two double bedrooms and an extra twin bed. There is a kitchen with a terrace and includes all the modern amenities. Each bedroom as well as the kitchen include its own terrace. Guests will have access to everything in the apartment. There is wifi throughout the apartment free of charge, smart TV's in each bedroom as well as private parking available at a special rate if booked in advance. There are 5 restaurants walking distance from the apartment and a short walk to the once famous Africana Night Club. The bus stop for Sorrento and the other small towns is a few meters from the apartment and taxis are available but hard to come by in the area. During the summer season, boats leave from the Marina each day for Capri or other towns along the Coast. Book your tour while at our home. The apartment is available for a minimum of 3-5 nights at a time. You are free to book your stay as many days as you would like based on availability. Please note that the following extra costs need to be paid: -Parking (if needed): The price is based on size of car and time of stay per night (when reserved in advance) -City Tax: 2.50Euro per person per night *Only registered guests that check in to the villa will be able to be at the villa unless permission is granted. Guest access You have the entire apartment and terrace. Beach below is public but you can rent chairs and umbrellas. We are not affiliated with the hotel in any way. Everything you find in our apartment you are free to use. Please respect it and leave it as you found it. Other things to note If you plan to stay longer than 7 days an additional fee of 200euro will occur each 7 days for the following cleaning. There is an ATM at the parking lot if you need to get cash/Euros. Only registered guest are allowed at Casa Joelle. You will be asked to leave if there are parties / loud music or unregistered guests as there is a hotel located in the surroundings and we do not allow this.
