If you love history and unique places, our 2 bedroom condo located just north of downtown Lincoln, will be the perfect place for your stay! We are within close proximity to downtown and all of the Husker sporting events! Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while looking at Memorial Stadium! The space Our place is perfect for monthly stays as it is fully furnished, including all kitchen materials! It is also perfect for a weekly or a weekend stay! Our condo is located on the 2nd floor of a Historic Building that had a previous life of being an Elementary School! There are unique architectural features throughout the building and our condo that blends the history of the building from the past to the present. Each unit in the building is individually owned. All entrances to the building are locked and require a key to access the building. Two unique architectural feature of our condo include 12, ten foot windows, that provide an abundance of natural light is warm and inviting, along with a sunken master bedroom. *During Husker football weekends, the nightly rate will be $300 and we will request a two-night stay. *We offer a discount for monthly & weekly stays. *Strict No pet policy - HOA rules. Guest access If you are a Husker fan, you are a 10 minute walk to Memorial Stadium, Bob Devaney Sports Center, the PBA and the Husker baseball/softball complex. Our place is also a 10 minute walk to the Haymarket, Barry's Bar and Grill and a 15 minute walk to O Street. There is street parking in front of the building, which will save you money instead of paying to park downtown! If you are staying during a Husker football weekend, we will have a guest pass for you to park in the resident only parking lot behind the building. We have a complete kitchen that is open for you to use. Cook a meal and enjoy a cup of coffee while you stay here! There is a grocery store 5 minutes from the condo, so feel free to make yourself feel at home. Wifi is available for your use. Other things to note Our condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building. There is no elevator in the building.
