Waterfront property on Arbuckle Pond with views of water from all windows and access to the private pond and Higley Flow. This cottage nestled in the (practically black fly free) woods will delight your family and friends. Swimming, kayaking, SUP-ing, nordic skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking. Kayak and swim right from the cottage or walk across the road to the dock on Higley. You will delight in the beauty inside and outside of this beautiful space. The space This beautiful cottage was built by my husband, Tim, from 38 harvested trees from our own property. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and living room. Front deck and front patio, with grill, fire pit and furniture as well as a dock, paddle board, rowboat, and two kayaks on Arbuckle Pond. All windows have waterfront views. This property is entirely cleaned with EWG Verified products. There are no toxic chemicals used during cleaning. Guest access The entire cottage will be yours. Other things to note Please respect all wildlife: loons, otters, turtles and fish share this pond with the humans.
