Welcome to our private guest house in the quaint town of Prescott, OR. An hour from Portland and minutes from St. Helens, Rainier, Clatskanie, and Longview/Kelso, you will find yourself centrally located in a quiet, underutilized section of the beautiful lower Columbia River. Prescott itself is home to a up and coming county park on the sandy river banks of the Columbia. Fishing, boating, kayaking, SUP boarding, kite boarding, and disc golf are just a few of the activities available in the area! Feel free to use anything in the guest house and the covered deck, except for the fireplace (the fire pit is a shared space and due to fire danger and insurance requirements we ask that you request permission to use it). We have kayaks available for your use as well. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with an additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for more information. Prescott Beach county park is located on the river and is a great place to boat, picnic, kayak, SUP board, kite board and fish. Trojan park is a short 2 minute drive away and has trout fishing, trails, a large outdoor BBQ area, and a disc golf course. 5 minutes down the highway is the small town of Rainier, OR with restaurants (Cornerstone Cafe is a local favorite), groceries, and a beautiful park and boat launch. Please stay within the property markings. A fire pit and wood are available for guest use with specific PERMISSION from the host. The hot tub and outdoor kitchen are available for guest use. Please ensure this shared area is kept clean and tidy after every use, including grill surfaces. Also, please turn off the propane at the tank after each use. Late checkout needs to be requested at check in. We cannot accommodate late checkout requests the day of checkout. No notification of a late checkout may result in extra cleaning charges.
