Bright, modern, open-plan new build house and garden tucked away at the end of a quiet, private drive, located adjacent to a nature reserve and just a 5 minute walk to Swanpool beach, 20 minutes to Falmouth town centre. Please note, we have made some small cosmetic changes to the interior of our house. Photos will be updated, but all alterations are in keeping with the style in the photos. The space Our house is a 3 year old new build on a new housing development near Swanpool beach, Falmouth. At the end of a quiet, private drive, and right next to the leafy shaded path that goes to the beach or town, the house faces a bank of grass and trees and has a parking space right outside, in front of the garage. Through the small entrance hall is the door to the bright, spacious, wooden-floored open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining space, that gets the sun in the mornings and evenings. A small utility room houses the washing machine, spare linen, a shoe rack and coat hooks. French doors open out from the dining space into the garden, where there's a lawn, a picnic bench and fire pit on a pebble terrace, and a netted trampoline and play house for kids to explore. Carpeted stairs lead from the entrance hall to the first floor, where there’s a family bathroom with bath, separate shower, sink and WC. Next to this is a spacious bedroom with single bunk beds and space for a camp bed or mattress (provided on request). Lastly is a double bedroom with a king size bed. There is a second floor to the house and a garage which will both be locked as they house our personal items. We hope you enjoy your stay in our home, and find it comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. We love our home and we hope you will too! Guest access The entire ground floor (including entrance hall and stairs, open-plan lounge and kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, and utility cupboard); the entire first floor (including landing, bedroom with bunk beds, bedroom with kingsize bed, and bathroom with bath and separate shower), the entire back garden (including lawn, picnic/BBQ terrace, netted trampoline, children's play house, shed for surfboard/wetsuit storage). The garage will be locked and off limits, as will the second floor of the house where we store our personal items whilst away. A camp bed can be available too should you require. Other things to note Our house is on a new housing estate, adjacent parts of which are currently nearing completion. This causes us no disruption.
