Fulstow - Studio on edge of The Lincolnshire Wolds

The Little Meadow is a one bed new detached studio, It is based to the front of our property with separate access & secure cctv parking. It is located in the quiet village of Fulstow. The property has a king size bed, A comfy sofa bed which can be made up as a double, a shower room with towels & a fully functional kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher & fridge freezer, breakfast bar that seats two, wifi & free view TV There is a complimentary welcome basket with all the essentials. The space My holiday let is a one bedroom studio with a bed settee that can be made up into a comfortable double bed, there is a separate shower room. Guest access Access to the whole holiday let & patio area plus parking area. Other things to note Our drive way is a shared drive & also a public right of way, it is used but fairly quiet but it leads to a lovely walk around the village I can recommend some great local village pubs within a 5 mile radius… Firstly ~ The Cross keys in Fulstow The New Inn & Half Way house in North Thorsby The Crown & Anchor at Tetney Lock The Liversey in Ludborough The Brakenborough near Louth But please don’t hesitate to contact me for any information on the local area
