It consists of an equipped kitchen, two open sleeping areas, a living room with TV and a wellness area with sauna and private hammam. All kitchen essentials as well as linens, shower sheets and soap are provided. Looking forward to welcoming you! The space 🐴 Charming house, recently renovated with private wellness area: sauna & hammam and presence of animals on site. Terrace and outdoor access to enjoy the calm of nature and a great view of the horse meadows. Located in a very quiet and friendly little village: Clean air, quality fresh water, spas and medieval villages nearby. 2.5-hectare estate. Located close to the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park and the Mille Étangs circuit. -> Numerous hikes, ponds, waterfalls, bell towers, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing nearby, golf, fishing and animals on site etc. The accommodation: Private house of 120 m2, very comfortable and fully equipped, neat decoration. Exposed beams and cut stones. * Nice kitchen equipped with appliances: built-in oven, stove, Bosh Tassimo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, hood, small refrigerator with a freezer compartment (102 L) * Two night spaces with a 160 x 200 king size bed and a 140 x 200. These are open night spaces, separated by two different floors Animals have access to 25,000 square meters of pasture, so they may not be visible at all times. Our priority is their freedom and comfort. Amenities: * Coffee machine: Bosh Tassimo * Top fridge (102 liters): - The refrigerator part is composed of two shelves, a vegetable tray and 2 balconies. (88 L) - The freezer part consists of a compartment (14 L) To visit in the area: The Chapel of Ronchamp (Le Corbusier), the casino of Luxeuil-les-Bains, the castles of Oricourt and Scey-sur-Saone, Notre-Dame de-la-Motte, the Lac des Sept Chevaux, the English garden, the eco museum and the distillery of Fougerolles, the country of the cherry. Charges included within the limit of reasonable consumption (max 13 kWh/day). Beyond that, overconsumption will be charged to you. The cottage tries to be ecological: you will find different sorting bins in the accommodation (paper/cardboard/plastic/glass...), you will also find a compost bin, intended to recover all the leftovers food that will be given to the chickens. Please do not throw your leftovers in the household garbage can. An inventory is carried out upon check-in and checkout of the accommodation.
