The space Enjoy this 55 m² apartment with a smart architectural layout designed to maximize functionality and comfort for families or groups of friends: Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): One queen size bed. Bedroom 2 (Upper Floor): Two queen size beds. Premium Rest: All beds are equipped with high-quality linens to ensure a restful stay. Air conditioning: Floor fans available in the rooms and air conditioning on the upper floor (**service available at an additional cost**). Equipped Kitchen: It has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals in total comfort. Entertainment and Extras: Smart TV ready for your shows, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and basic cleaning products. Guest access You'll have access to excellent amenities designed for your relaxation: Private heated pool: It has a closed circuit of high energy efficiency solar panels (at no extra cost). Automated waterfall and lighting: Enjoy the water at night with colored lamps. Outdoor kitchen: Outdoor space equipped with a grill for your meals. Free parking: Safe space on the premises. Privacy guaranteed: The house shares the property. My parents live at the back of the property and help me supervise the place. They are there to provide you with immediate assistance if you require it, respecting your total privacy at all times. Other things to note To ensure a transparent experience and avoid setbacks, we kindly remind you of our operating rules: Exact number of guests: Please indicate the exact total number of people when booking. Our rates are adjusted according to actual occupancy in order to accommodate groups of different sizes. Official ID: For security reasons, we will ask you for a valid ID. To expedite your check-in process, we may request it prior to your arrival time. Pool heating: The solar panel system is totally dependent on the weather conditions. Keep in mind that in summer, the average temperature is 30°C to 34°C, but during the winter season, the water will only be lukewarm (27°C to 29°C). Pets: Your pet is welcome (small breeds only). It is essential to include it directly in the reservation, as an additional fee applies. It has everything you need to enjoy yourself safely. Smoking areas: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Please do it only in the terrace area.
