This resort property features a spacious four-bedroom resort suite that comfortably sleep 12 guests at 2230 square feet. The suite features one king bed in the master, an additional king bed in the second master, two double beds in the 2 guest rooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. You will appreciate separate bedrooms, a full kitchen and the convenience of a washer/dryer in each suite. The fireplace is wonderful after a full day. You will also enjoy separate living/dining areas and TVs throughout. Warm weather means wildflowers and wildlife everywhere you turn. Hop on a mountain bike or take an adventurous trek. Please contact the Front Desk for more information. • CHECK-IN: All guests must check in at Club Wyndham Park City located at 2105 Frostwood Blvd, Park City, Utah 84098 • Check-in: 4pm • Check-out: 10am • You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. • Children 17 years or under stay for free with a paying adult when using existing bedding, not to exceed maximum occupancy of room. • A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $250 security deposit (per stay/per day) in addition to the anticipated parking charges for the stay ($20 per vehicle per night) and any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. • The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. • Pets are not permitted. • Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. • No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited. • Smoking is not permitted within resort buildings. However, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. Any violation of this policy will incur a fee. • You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund. Helpful Hint *Upon booking let host know the name of who will be checking in. Only one name can be added as the person checking in, one time and not changed after the name is given and added to the reservation. If traveling separately or a guest who is over 21 is arriving before the person booking let host know so that they are added to the reservation. Please note this cannot be changed after it is entered so be 100% certain of the name given to the host so there is a seamless check-in and any guests aren't waiting for the person on the reservation to arrive, if arriving separately.
