Cozy Logan Home - Sleeps 6!

Welcome to our home! This 2 bedroom 1 bath home can sleep 6 people comfortably. If you are looking for a night in, cozy up on the couch to watch a movie on our smart tv. Want to feel like a kid again? Compete with up to 3 people on our arcade game. The home is only a few minutes from downtown Logan and a 10 minute drive from Logan Canyon. If you are looking for a place with a country feel, the neighbors chickens and other animals will make the stay more rural, but they can be noisy at times. The space On the walls, you will find six different art pieces created by local artists. If you feel drawn to that specific art work or artist, you can buy it and take home with you! Please note that the home is a single family home converted into a duplex. I live in the basement but have a separate entrance. The home still feels like its own place! *** We are okay if you have guests over before quiet hours, you must first approve them with us before having them visit. This helps us to know who is staying at the home and who is just visiting. ***This home is pet friendly. While we clean after every stay, If you are very sensitive to pet allergies we recommend you don’t stay here as we can’t guarantee it will be completely allergen free. For guests bringing pets, you must add that to your booking as there is a $25 pet fee per stay. ***There is off street parking, but the parking spot is on the smaller side. 2 cars or a car and small SUV will fit, but only one large truck or SUV will fit. Between Nov 15th and March 15, there is no street parking from 12am to 6am for snow removal. The city will ticket cars parked on the street between those times. **Thermostat is not able to be controlled by guests. It is in the basement unit, but you can reach out to host to adjust it as needed or open a window if it is too warm. Guest access Feel free to spread out to any part of the home! You are welcome to hang out in the front yard. The yard does have grass and is fenced in. If you have pets, we do ask you to pick up after them. There are little bags hanging on the closet door as you walk into the house.
