Near KTM Station and Pintu 2 UKM, Bangi. The space Sesuai untuk single/couple traveller. Dilengkapi dengan: -1 Indoor Car Park - Queen bed - Sofa -Television 40' -Air conditioner - Refrigerator - Induction cooker + basic cooking utensils - Electric kettle - Water heater - Iron + iron board - Washing machine Guest access Dan juga terdapat free access ke: -swimming pool - Gymnasium - Sauna -Children playground Note : Schedule of Cleaning Swimming Pool Monday , Wednesday & Friday 11am-1pm Other things to note Host will request IC or license before check in. Violation of any house rules will be fine!! NO CELEBRATION NO PARTY 1. Check out time before 12pm, if late check out will be charges 1 night fees. 2. Don’t be noisy, don't jump on the floor, don't disturb neighbour, once get neighbour complaint will be fine RM200 and immediately check out. 3. Keep premises clean do not stick any double tape on wall and please do not move, destroy or take away any belonging in this homestay and this condo. 4. No smoking inside the house. 5. Take off shoes in the house. 6. Kindly switch off lights and aircond when not used or before leaving the unit. ♻ 7. No durian. 8. No pets allowed 9. Please keep properly house key and access card 10. Don’t throw cigarettes butt & rubbish : E.g. out of balcony, corridor, lift,car park etc.. 11. If your bedroom door get locked please contact me dont break it. 12. When u put the key back in mailbox it means you have checked out. The cleaner will clean it immediately. Our company will not be responsible for any items you leave. After u check in within 30 minutes if you checked anything has been damaged ,please inform me immediately to avoid any misunderstanding when check out because management will check the unit every customer before check in
