Comfortable Private Basement near VT

Why stay in a hotel room when you can have an 850 sq ft. finished basement suite to yourselves just minutes from VT? You will have a queen bedroom, living room with convertible twin sleeper chair, wet bar, bathroom, and gym. The basement suite is separated from the main living space by a locked door and has its own private keyless entry. Free WiFi, on-street parking, and TV services are included. You will be under 4 miles to Lane Stadium with access to the BT at the front of our neighborhood. The space The space includes a bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom with shower, spacious living room with 70" TV with a Roku (ESPN, HBO, etc.), Wii, Super Nintendo Classic, etc. The exercise room includes a treadmill, free weights and 50" TV. The kitchenette includes a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, Keurig, table, and dinnerware. We have a twin sleeper chair in the living room, and we use a queen air mattress in the exercise room where the barn doors shut to give privacy. We have an additional twin mattress if needed. Towels and linens are included. Guest access This is the entire basement, which means you will not have to share any space during your stay.
