Luxury Ranch Style home on 850 acres on a working ranch(cattle/avocados/oranges) with tennis and pool. Great Beds, pillows & linens. Kitchen stocked with utensils, coffee makers and essentials. Wood Fireplace, Oak/gas BBQs (wood provided) Home gym next to the 20yd lap pool. Tennis court has pickle ball net and equipment + basketball Hiking, biking ,fishing, byo gear. Rates are based on a 10 guest visit/maximum up to 20 with charge. We are 15 min. to the beach/20 min. to wine country. The space Our home can accommodate up to 20 guests. Extra guests are charged $45/guest/visitor/nt. All Rooms are unique beautiful and yes fun. From the moment you arrive to the Cayucos ares you will be in love. When you turn on to Cottontail Creek Road you are getting close. The valley is beautiful with lots of wildlife including grazing cattle and calves. Avocado and orange orchards you fabulous in this climate. We also have a huge list of birds and other critters. So much to do right here you may never want to leave. The house is a couple of levels but easy level access from the parking and patios to the main floor. From the mid deck off the great room you are welcomed to the beauty of this valley and you can see the tennis court and pool at the bottom of the driveway. A 1 mile hike to the fishing pond and you will be able to fish or kayak. Shade deck and composting toilet are up there for your use, Bring your own fishing gear. and a bicycle for some extra fun. The 20 yd lap pool has an adjoining home gym system and free weights...along with horse shoe court. Across the drive from the pool is the tennis court with a pickle ball net and basket ball hoop.
