Modern Style on the Edge of College Hill

Welcome to our brand new stylish townhome on the edge of the desirable College Hill neighborhood. Enjoy 3 queen beds, stylish decor, 4K Smart TV's, high speed internet, full kitchen including crockpot, coffee maker and more. With quick and easy access to K-54/Kellog you can get to most of Wichita's popular attractions and employers within minutes Intrust Bank Arena, Town East Mall, Spirit, Wesley/St Joseph/VA Hospitals and many popular restaurants all 5-10 minutes away. The space Guests have access to the entire space. The living space is an open floor plan and is great for communicating with fellow guests yet have the privacy of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is open to the living room so guests can prepare a meal while having a conversation and being entertained on the 50” 4K Smart TV. There is a small patio and yard on the back of the property for getting some fresh air. There are two assigned parking spaces directly in front of the townhome. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire townhome. Other things to note Basic Major Rules.... 1) No Parties - a party is considered having one or more guests that are not already on the reservation at the property for more than 1 hour. We know that many guests are in town visiting friends and family and we love and appreciate that. Just please communicate with us if you plan to have any guests over. There will be a $20 per person/per night charge for any guests not on the reservation. 2) No pets allowed. If there is evidence of unapproved pets in the home there will be a minimum of a $50 per night pet fee applied immediately upon discovery and additionally you will be asked to leave the property immediately if the pet is not removed. Any damage caused by the unapproved animal will be the responsibility of the booking party. 3) No Smoking - No smoking in the unit period. If there are reports or evidence of smoking in the home there will be a minimum $250 cleaning fee and possible eviction. - Smoking is allowed outside on the back patio or anywhere else outside. Please be sure to distinguish and dispose of your cigarette buts. If cigarette buts are left on property on the ground outside there will be an additional $25 cleaning fee. 4) No illegal drugs period! - we have a zero tolerance policy for illegal drugs. If there are any reports or evidence of illegal drug activity on property law enforcement will be called, you will be removed from the property and the remainder of your reservation will not be refunded. Please see complete house rules under House Rules section/tab. Guests self check-in via electronic keypad in which a code will be provided prior to checkin via SMS Text. If you need it messages to you differently please let me know. Before check-out.... 1) Wash all your own dishes, pots, pans, coffee pot, etc. If our cleaners have to wash your dishes there may be up to a $25 extra cleaning charge. 2) Place all used bath towels in one of the provided laundry baskets next to the washer. 3) Remove all perishable food you may have brought in from the fridge and place it in the trash. Take all your own trash out to the trash recepticals located on the north side of the property behind the wood gate. You can leave behind one partially full trash bag for our cleaners to use if you would like. 4) Make sure all doors are locked. 5) Please message me as you are leaving or once you have left so I know it’s clear for me to send in my cleaners.
