The house, located along the main road, overlooks a large lawn facing the lake at the beginning of the town of Auronzo di Cadore, and is, right at the beginning of the cycle path that gives access to the promenades along the lake. Erected on the side of a small stream, it is free on the three main fronts and enjoys an excellent view of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the most famous peaks of the Sesto Dolomites that surround the town.
