Coats Cottage is a cozy 1941 Farmhouse on a private 1-acre lot. Just 5 minutes to Campbell University and less than a mile from wedding venues! The Cottage itself is 1100sqft and boasts two bedrooms, one bath, fully stocked kitchen & dining space, comfy living room with Roku TV, and laundry. Everything to make you feel right at home! The space Coats Cottage is a quaint 2br/1ba 1941 farmhouse with a fully stocked kitchen and all the amenities to make you feel right at home! The Primary bedroom features a Queen bed and a mounted TV, with bathroom access! The second bedroom has a Queen daybed (with a full-size trundle underneath for extra sleeping). The beds span the width of the room when fully extended. The farmhouse has a huge 1-acre lot set back from the road with plenty of space to throw a ball with the kiddos or chat over sweet tea on the screened-in porch. The grocery store (Carlie C’s IGA) is right around the corner, making any meal prep a breeze. We have a pack n’ play available for guests with little ones (crib sheet not provided), as well as a high chair (straps to a chair), and a basket of toys. It is a shower-only bathroom, so keep that in mind for little ones! Although the cottage is a dog-friendly place ($50 fee applies), be aware it is not a fenced yard and we are along a rural highway! We have one yard stake provided for potty breaks. Cats are not permitted. Guest access Electronic keypad entry. Other things to note •Coats Cottage is an old Farmhouse, not without quirks! The ceiling is low in the kitchen and bathroom at 6’5”, however the rest of the home has standard ceilings. As such, this home may not be well-suited for very tall folks. •This home is on a rural highway, occasional traffic noise is to be expected! As well as country living sounds from the neighbor’s rooster and chickens. We do provide sound machines in each bedroom! •Barn has been removed! •This is a 1941 Farmhouse and not new construction…so it has some signs of age, but we hope you find it to be clean, cozy, and welcoming! 😊 **Please consider adding travel insurance to your reservation!
