The space Your Palms Paradise awaits with stunning beachfront views from your penthouse private balcony, only steps between you and the white sands of south Myrtle Beach. Our one bedroom condo features two queen beds, each with hotel-quality linens to guarantee a peaceful night’s sleep. You’ll find the kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything you need, like basic bathroom amenities and cooking tools. In the living area, the huge picture window showcases the breathtaking view. A Murphy bed is tucked away to allow for two more guests (or if you prefer to wake up to that beautiful ocean view!). The dining table and living room set-up allow for relaxation and connection. We love the beach, but we also love the warm feeling of being home. Our efforts strive to show that Home Is Where The Heart Is, as we include all the little extras to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Between the welcome basket, shower essentials, and the “Forget Me Box,” we hope to make you feel like you belong. Condo Highlights: -Independently owned and operated condo by a teacher couple with a love for family, sun, and fitness -Resort amenities include lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie pool, and oceanfront lawn area (all accessible with rental reservation without any additional resort fees) -Covered parking for 1 vehicle (please note, full-handicap accessibility is only located on floor 1 of the parking deck—use our beach cart to help transport luggage, groceries, and beach necessaries in the elevators!) Additional parking is first-come first-serve on the street for your other vehicles -Condo is on 15th (penthouse) floor, maximizing that gorgeous view and ensuring no noise from upstairs guests -All the little things—perhaps we piqued your interest with what we’ve mentioned so far but come find out for yourself if we really have thought of everything! -Great south Myrtle location with easy access to major destinations (2.1 miles from the airport, 2 miles from Broadway at the Beach, and within 1 mile of two major golf courses), walkable restaurants and night life nearby, and of course, right on the water -Fanily friendly set-up—put the kids to bed in the bedroom and enjoy a sunset glass of wine on the balcony or a movie in the living room; we also include child safety locks for the front and sliding door and a pack-n-play for your littles.
