Welcome to 34 Bohill, a converted Sail loft on Penryn River, situated in a small seaside village just outside of picturesque Falmouth. My husband and I live here with our two cats. I have a flower shop just around the corner at Bohls Yard, where you’ll find a Neapolitan style pizza house, Origin Coffee shop and a sushi bar, all minutes from our home. Our location being one of the oldest in Penryn, you’ll find yourself right on the water, or walking down a 15th century alley. The space Very clean, large room, with incredibly comfortable SNUG double sofa bed, chest of drawers, a clothes rail, tea and coffee tray. 40inch Sony Bravia smart TV with access to Disney and Amazon Movies. Feature fire place and window, looking onto Bohill. The room has its own entrance and bathroom with a full bath and shower room. Room includes fresh towels. You will have your own privacy in the north wing of our sail loft. You are a 1 minute walk to Penryn river. You are a 3 minute walk to promenade that connects Penryn to Falmouth. 3 minutes to yoga studio and coffee bar. 3 minutes to our local country store. 3 minutes to great Pizza. 10 minutes to Sushi bar. 25 minute walk to Falmouth. 5 minute drive to Verdant craft beer tap room. And if you’ve got a canoe or kayak, you can be on the water (tidal), 5 minutes walking. Guest access You will have exclusive access to your room, from the Northside of the property (Bohill entrance).
