One bedroom has a Simmons queen bed. One bedroom has King bed, twin bed and twin sofabed (Novaform). Amenities include small washer/dryer, wifi, internetTV, fridge (with icemaker) and dishwasher. Pets allowed adhering to Petiquette rules (in house rules). The home is about 30 miles from Silverwood Theme Park. The space This cool apartment has vaulted ceilings throughout. 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds. One bedroom has an additional two twin beds (in tall upper bunks with side rails). The bunkbed is a triple bunk that fits the contour of the ceilings, one bunk being just under a skylight. The furnished kitchen has gas stove and oven, 18 cubic foot fridge with icemaker. The bathroom has a 5 foot soaking tub and shower. There are two leather couches in the living room facing the 40" flat screen TV, adjacent to a dining table for 4 to 6 and a granite bar with seats for two. The covered porch has two sitting chairs and is perfect to relax in the heart of the residential area with a glass of wine. Pet friendly for socially responsible pet owners. KITCHEN: Coffee maker is basket-style drip coffee maker. One night of coffee is supplied. One roll paper towels is supplied. Appliances supplied: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, electric griddle, microwave popcorn bowl. WIFI: The wifi (80 mbps) is a direct cable connection, is very fast and allows for multiple streaming needs concurrently. PARKING: The length of the alley-side garage and next to the driveway is dedicated parking for Airbnb guests, which allows for 3 parking spaces. Most guests only use one to 2 spaces.
