Quaint and Cozy Backhouse

We are centrally located to the 10 freeway and accessible to many local busses. We are near many popular restaurants and interesting places walk around and enjoy. The space Centrally located, this warm and inviting back-house/studio is located in a private space behind our home. It has its own entrance, one parking space, a new King size bed and couches that can turn into beds. There are laminate floors, a private bathroom, huge closet space and small refrigerator/freezer, microwave and hot water urn. It is also equipped with heat/air unit, flat screen t.v., video games and free wifi. Towels, bedding, extra blankets, toiletries and plates/utensils are included in the rental. Please make sure to turn the fan on in the bathroom while you shower and shut it when you are done. Please close all lights and air/heater unit when you leave for the day and you check out. There is no smoking allowed indoors. There is a beautiful and private outdoor deck attached to the room that you may smoke on. Please throw your cigarettes out in the garbage outside and do not flush them. We would love to be as accommodating as possible so if you need anything, please feel free to knock on our back door and just ask. Please be aware that we have a dog who does spend time in the yard so you need to make sure the gate is closed at all times. Also, we are Sabbath observers. From sundown Friday night until sundown Saturday night we do not use any electricity or electronics so if you text, call or email us we will not answer you during the Sabbath. Feel free to knock on our door and speak to us face to face. We are here to help anyway we can.
