Two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, sleeps up to 5 with pool*

Make your summer plans at my beach casual single story ranch. This is a home share. Two guest bedrooms, one in the finished room over the garage, queen bed and double floor mattress by request, one bedroom with queen on the main floor. Pool should be by open mid May. 7 blocks to Chesapeake Bay Beach (Chics). Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Gourmet kitchen filled with all the tools (bread maker, blender, kitchen aide, instapot and more). Natural gas grill on the deck. The space Half bathroom at the bottom of the FROG, next to the garage entrance and laundry room. Second bedroom and full bath next to the off limits owners bed/bath. Attic space is also off limits. All common space is shared. No glass allowed on the pool deck. I live here with my two cats. You are renting private rooms/bathrooms in my home. Please feel free to inquire if you have any questions. Guest access Pool is closed for the winter, will reopen in Spring (probably mid May) of 2020. Security code will be issued that will work on side garage door and front door. One code per reservation. During your stay I live here with my two indoor cats Charlie and Smokey Bear. They are both friendly but please be mindful of the doors when coming and going.
