This beautifully decorated ocean villa is conveniently located in building A on the first floor and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Sit on the deck in the afternoon sun and listen to the waves. Contemporary furniture throughout the unit and it is super clean! Includes wifi, fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, 53" TV/cable in the family room and a TV in bedroom. Sleeper sofa in family room and has an additional half bath located in the bedroom! The unit sleeps 4 people. The space The condo is in a great location and includes 24-hour security in a gated community. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and Check-out time is 10:00 am. As a guest, you will receive one free parking pass for one vehicle. If you have more than one vehicle, there will be an additional $35 fee per extra vehicle. It is a super clean unit! The half bathroom in the bedroom is one-of-a-kind and very convenient. The bedroom also has cable TV. Guest access As a guest at our property, you will have full access to the entire Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. The resort offers tennis on 10 lighted tennis courts with a pro-shop, the largest ocean side swimming pool on the island, Jamaica Joe’z Beach Bar with food and live music, a kids’ playground, fitness center and on-site laundry facility just down the hallway from our unit. Additional amenities include grilling and picnic areas, bike rentals, a CocoNutz Sportz Bar, Gator’z Pizza and an additional pool on Admirals Row. Other things to note Please note: At least one person in your party must be 21 years or older per the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis regulations. There is no smoking allowed in the condo or condo patio. You may go to designated smoking areas on the resort though. Please note: Our cleaning fee includes the parking fee of $35 in a secure gated community. No pets allowed on the resort or in the condo please.
