The ground floor of our Magnanerie has recently been converted into a studio comprising a beautiful bedroom and a beautiful living room with full kitchen. We are at the foot of the Cévennes with stunning views of the Jumelles de Monoblet and the possibility of hundreds of walks on foot, by bike, or by motorbike from the house. The space Bedroom of more than 20 m2 with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, a small desk and storage. It is accessed through the large living room with its kitchen. The toilets are independent, and you will also have access to a laundry room for stays longer than 3 days. Guest access Free parking next to the house located along the Route des Montèzes. You have access to the studio directly on the ground floor, as well as the terrace located under the vaults, the garden and the pool (May to October). Other things to note Two nights minimum are required for a rental. Linens and towels are provided. €30 cleaning fee to be paid on site.
