Note this is my personal home let when I am away :) Beautiful airy 2nd floor flat with huge windows and high ceilings, set on a tree lined street close to all amenities. The flat is in an old Victorian house that has undergone a complete interior reno. Just a 5 min walk from New Cross Gate station & a direct train London Bridge in just 6 mins. New Cross Gate is an arty neighborhood full of young professionals and students from nearby Goldsmiths Uni, you will love it as much as I do! The space 1 bedroom with high ceilings and a big bay window looking down onto the tree lined street. Bedroom has a queen size memory foam bed, each side of the bed has built in USB plugs, no need to bring your charger! Flat is fitted to the highest touch with hardwood floor and granite countertops. All new Miele appliances for your use include a fridge/freezer, oven and hob (stove top), microwave, washing machine/dryer and mini dishwasher. The bathroom is one of my favourite rooms with a large L-shaped tub. Just a note that this is my personal flat so cupboards are full of some basics in terms of food and condiments in the fridge. You are welcome to use all oils/condiments and spices! The open plan kitchen/living room has a table for 4, sofa perfect for 2 and a TV with virgin media and Netflix. There is a small desk looking out onto the street as well should you need it. Other things to note Just a note that this is my personal home and not a purpose built vacation/holiday rental. I think that makes it more special when you stay and it’s set up perfect for guests!
