Guest suite in Little Rock

Private master bedroom suite with a large soaking bathtub in an centrally located area in Little Rock! This master suite is separate and private. It also has a separate entrance from the main house. The space This home is a 5+ bedroom 3 bath house that is in Little Rock. The house is conveniently located about 10 - 15 minutes away from ALL of Little Rock's major attractions. This is a great place for individuals traveling for buisness; such as, traveling nurses, medical facility residents, laborers, those visiting family at the Little Rock Air Force Base, those needing a place near any of the major hospitals or sites, those coming into town for a concert, or those looking to come into Little Rock and live like a local. This is a private room, in shared home. Therefore, you may hear us in the home, we may cross paths coming and going, etc. This room is furnished with a bed, mattresses, linen, pillows, table, chairs, coffee maker, mini refrigerator and microwave. You will have access to the master bedroom, which is like a studio just without a kitchen but with a LARGE SOAKING TUB! Guests will have access to the first floor level only, to include only the master bedroom. Guests will enter the property through the garage by using a keyless entry pad. This space is separate from the main house and is divided by a portable wall. You will have access to Wi-Fi and basic local tv channels. You are more than welcome to bring your own streaming device or gaming console to hook up to the TV or use your streaming accounts. You will have reserved parking for 1 car or truck in the driveway on the right hand side. There is NO street parking. This space is not suitable for trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, etc. We would also like you to know that we are taking extra steps to ensure our space is clean, sanitized and safe before welcoming you. This includes an over thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the entire space especially frequent/high touch areas, all linen is washed in hot water, bleach and or laundry sanitizer and the cycle is ran twice, to include spacing out reservations so there are at a minimum of 48 hours apart. So you can rest assure that the space you enter is safe! In addition, we are following the recommendations from the CDC and AIRBNB on the cleaning and sanitation of the space. Assigned parking on the right side of driveway for one vehicle. Entry through the garage. During your stay We are practicing social distancing and safety. We will limit most if not all contact. I will always be available by phone or the Airbnb app. If I am not physically available we do have someone that can be on-site in less than 30 minutes in case of emergency. Please reach out to us on the Airbnb app for the fastest response time. Other things to note We only host for 30days or more. A short 1 page simple rental agreement will need to be signed upon checking in. A renter’s insurance policy is required and is to remain active for your entire stay. We can assist you in obtaining renter’s insurance if needed. Renter’s insurance is no more than $15 per month. We will refund the monthly amount up to $20 per month during your stay via the app. Be sure the mailing address to the policy is your mailing address and NOT this address. We do not accept third party bookings. Third party bookings will be canceled immediately with no refund. (Meaning, if someone other than the person(s) on the profile that booked shows up, you will be turned away.) There is 1 dog on the premises that will be on the property. Guests will not have contact with the dog. One of our household members works various shifts and has unpredictable hours to include leaving and or coming home after midnight. Therefore, you may hear him/her coming in/leaving and or getting meals after his/her shift. During the summer months, major holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, etc.) and birthdays there will be more activity in the home than usual due to celebrating, family gatherings, kids being out of school, friends and or family coming to visit, enjoying the backyard, hosting brunch/lunch/dinners, BBQ’s, etc. We will be sure that it is quiet during quiet hours. If anything were to extend past quiet hours we would notify you in advance. There is no EV charging. Thank you.
