Our location puts you within minutes of all that Duluth and the Northshore have to offer. Our home is located within minutes of Lincoln Park's Craft District, breweries and cider houses, Canal Park, Spirit Mountain, Munger State Trail, Duluth Heritage Sports Center, single track mountain biking, boating & paddling, hiking, bird watching, and much more. Our home is a bungalow located in a quiet neighborhood. We have one floor living with a basement that has a ping pong table along with a washer and dryer for your use. The flooring is newly refinished hardwood floors so please respect the floor and remove your shoes. We have a nice covered front porch for you to enjoy. We do have some deer that like to walk on the side walk so please give them their space :) . The backyard is very cozy as well with a large maple tree for shade. You will have access to the entire home and garage except for the attic. If you have any questions about the home or what to do while you are staying in the area, we are available to help. This neighborhood is located in the Merritt area with the Merritt Park one block away. It is mostly single-family homes with very few rentals, a typical quiet Duluth community. Some call this the Denfeld district because of the high school about 4 blocks away or it's called West Duluth, not West End but to understand this we would need to delve into the City's history :) This neighborhood is a wonderful walking area. We have off-street parking available with a one and a half car garage and a parking pad next to it. Access is through the alley. Our address is posted on the garage. On-street parking is also available. Even / odd side parking is enforced so pay attention to what side of the street others are parking on. The switch day is Sunday between 4:00 and 8:00 PM.
