Cozy 1 br condo with ski in/out lift access & Pool

This two-floor ideally located condo is on the mountain between Barker and White Cap Lodges. You can ski in/out using Roadrunner trail, which is right across the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the condo is located in Building 2, which is closest to the common lodge area with a fireplace and pool/hot tub/sauna access. While this is technically a 1 br, there is a wall between the queen room and the full/twin room for privacy, and a queen size murphy cabinet bed in the living room. The space Newly renovated in summer 2025 - two floor condo with the main living area, kitchen, and bathroom on the second floor, and the bedrooms below on the first floor. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, granite counters, new cabinets and floors, and a custom built bar height table. The living room features a queen size Murphy cabinet bed, as well as a bean bag chair that zips open to lay flat for a mattress, which is suitable for children. There is also a wall mounted smart tv with various streaming services and cable, and a cabinet with games and puzzles inside it. There is a private deck off the living room that overlooks the backyard. The bedroom downstairs has a privacy wall with a pocket door which separates the queen bed room from the room with the full bed and twin bed. There are extra blankets in the room with the twin and full beds, which you will find above the full bed on a shelf and under the bed in a plastic tote. There is also another entrance/exit to the condo on the first floor, with a back deck off the room with the queen bed. The condo is fully furnished with sheets, towels, bedding, and we try to provide all necessities, including hand and dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and drip coffee maker. There are plenty of coffee filters in the cupboard, but you'll need to bring your own coffee. You’ll find everything you need to cook a meal in the cabinets, although due to space constraints, you may have to look in all the cabinets and drawers to find what you’re looking for. We noted that this condo is not suitable for small children due to the fact that the living room is raised from the kitchen with a landing and 2 steps, and the bedrooms are downstairs. (You can see this in the photos.) You’re welcome to bring your small children to stay at the condo, but we wanted you to be aware of the safety hazard this may pose for them. Guest access You will have full access to the condo and shared access to pool/hot tub/sauna in the recreation building. The condo association sets the rules and hours to the pool/hot tub/sauna and, while it is generally open for the ski season, it does close occasionally for maintenance or other reasons. Generally speaking, the pool/hot tub/sauna area is open for ski season, but closed from the end of ski season until July 4th weekend. The pool reopens, but is not heated, from July 4th weekend until Labor Day weekend, and then does not reopen until ski season. The hot tub is not open during the summer. Please note that beverages are not allowed in the pool/hot tub area at this time. This is a condo association rule, which I have no control over, and security does enforce it. Other things to note We do not have control over whether or not the pool and hot tub are open. During the summer months, the hot tub is closed and the pool is not heated, but the pool is typically open on weekends. In the fall, the pool and hot tub are typically closed, except on holiday weekends. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are generally open every day during the ski season, but can be closed unexpectedly for maintenance or other reasons. Sorry, but no refunds will be provided due to pool/hot tub/sauna closures.
