Cozy ,very Eclectic Small Apt. vintage style ,Fully furnished/personally decorated (can + or-certain items if needed to utilize or create space)1900 house style building. FYI NO WI ~FI . NO Cats OR Kittens .Residence is on bus line . 10 mins to Downtown, on/off street parking Many options for cafe's, eateries and coffee shops near and along Hennepin with Wi Fi $10 addl. fee PP if over 2PPL. ( 2 ppl cozy 3/4 ppl SNUG)Polite, soft spoken, vaccinated dogs welcome. *See notes for details. The space Great for short stays. Its a very small apartment with a little gas stove, vintage theme, in a 5 unit older building. Parking included for one vehicle. Front porch to sit on. Cozy. Quaint. The square footage is around 320 SF. Claw foot tub, farm house old kitchen sink, pull chain lighting plus floor lamps .Hard wood floors. Personal touches included. Slowly updating. It may bring you back in time. Guest access Entire unit is yours. The front porch by your window, and the front yard by the fire pit, and the parking lot is for your use. (2 vehicle maximum for parking) Other things to note *There is an additional (cleaning) fee of $25.00 added (if) your stay is 28 days or longer with a dog/dogs. COVID guidelines. I will wear mask, and keep 6 feet of all persons following CDC guidelines. I disinfect all touched or touch worthy surfaces and air space with disinfectants. I am following disinfection guidelines. Please inform me of any potential exposures your may have been in contact with, or communicate any concerns. I also have a stash of extra sanitizers and masks for my guests. There are some pretty nice dog parks all over if you have a dog. My sister Michelle helps me occasionally in communications when needed. The tub/shower is a claw foot tub style. The unit is fully furnished in warm comfy decor. Games magazines, and books available in the unit. It has color lighting options you can use for ambiance. The A/C unit is a window one in kitchen, fans for other areas if needed. It is a main floor unit. We are updating the exterior of the building slowly . It has a lot of "character". Chance of hearing faint noises occasionally in the building. The street has “plenty of traffic on it, new bike lane /scooters etc. including buses going by....calmer at night .The bedroom is in the back so it is more quiet in bedroom . *Sept .2019 I’ve had some very talented musicians /vocalists / singer songwriter ( students ) come and go in the neighborhood the last few years. I admire the talent and appreciate music ....I hope my guests have an awareness and open mind of this . They are usually reasonably respectful of their practice times . I’ve yet to pin a request on the door but they seem to have a great variety :) The environment still has its other {life}sounds .... distant trains,church bells , crickets ,birds,kids playing, neighbors chatting ,wind chimes,dogs barking ,skate boards rolling on by ..... police and fire responding to community .
