Hello from Dan and FMB! COVID19 REPORT: While the media may say otherwise, SW Florida is running as normal with few restrictions. Pools and Beaches are all open, most retailers as well as Restaurants do require masks while in the store, once you're seated at a table no mask is required. Overall the state of Florida was opened up by our governor and while there may be risk of Corona anywhere one may go, like anywhere else if you are careful the risk is very limited. I am 67 YO and have conditions of risk, but I live here and have freedom of movement and frankly its hard to tell there's any pandemic here (other than masks) when you are out and about. Additionally I make sure my rentals are thoroughly cleaned, surfaces sanitized and inspected prior to occupancy.
