The Pearl of Lake Saint George

Enjoy this beautiful lakefront cottage on pristine Lake St. George with amazing sunrises. The home is year round and heated. Less than a mile from Lake St. George Brewing Company, John’s Ice Cream, and Lori’s Café, the state park and boat launch is also less than three miles away. First floor has 1 bedroom (queen bed), a full bathroom, full kitchen with all essentials, and utility room with a washer and a dryer. The second floor has a half bath and three bedrooms (king, and two queen beds). The space The cottage and boathouse were built approximately in 1941 with a renovation in 2013. New color and textiles in the living and bedrooms offer a touch of style to this lakeside cottage. Images of the original camp, and the lovely Pearl, hang in the stairwell. A Generac generator ensures you never lose power winter or summer. The Five star Housekeeping is completed by Lake St George Property Maintenance. Guest access You are welcome to the entire home, beautiful sunrises and the lakefront at your doorstep. Lake Saint George is 1000 acres of clear spring fed water, loons, salmon, largemouth and smallmouth bass, turtles, eagles, great blue herons to name a few. Other things to note 2021 Ice fishing season on Lake St. George runs from January 1st to the end of February. Licenses and information are available online at Maine Inland fisheries and wildlife. The lake offers landlocked salmon, brook trout, perch, smallmouth and largemouth bass, along with a healthy smelt population. Winter in Maine can be inconvenient. Snowfall can be significant. Please check the weather during your scheduled stay. The camp does have a plowing service, however the plow service focuses on main roads first, not individual driveways. Depending on the expected volume of snow, typical plow services wait until the storm is over before plowing.
