History The apartment is located in a beautiful Townhouse in Regency Hove built in the 1830s. The architect who designed the building & the neighbouring Brunswick Square was C.A Busby. The apartment is located in the part of the house that would have been the original kitchen and pantry hence the given name. Guest access The apartment is located in central Hove within walking distant of both Brighton and Hove train stations with links to London and the South East. There are bus stops at the top of the road with links to the stations and all parts of the city and beyond. The seafront is a short 3 minute walk down the road where you can walk along the promenade to the Bandstand, i360 and West Pier within 10 minutes and central Brighton within 15 minutes. Alternatively you can walk via the boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants on Western Road which leads you directly to the Clock Tower and on to the famous Laines. There are Social Bicycles that are available to hire throughout the city to hire via the SoBi app. As it is a City Centre there is on road paid parking but this can be pricey we recommend using the NCP car park located on Norton Road next to Hove Town Hall an 8-10 min walk away where there is a flat daily charge, that can be topped up via the PayByPhone app. Alternatively there are a number of park and rides or parking apps such as 'Just Park' where you can park on private driveways. Other things to note We do allow pets but we ask a charge of £20 per pet per stay and ask that they are house trained.
