The house itself is a 2 floor building with 2 spacious room including a kitchen and a bathroom. In the garden we have a sand box with some toys included. In the spacious back garden we have a trampoline and swings and some other toys as well. The usage of the cauldron is free of charge, but the oven in the garden is an extra.
