Easter Lodge is a brand new countryside accommodation annexe nestled in the picturesque village of Funtington. This self-contained retreat features two bedrooms, both with king-size beds, a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an open-plan living space complete with a zen corner. The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped for a perfect getaway. Enjoy safe, off-road parking for two cars, a private garden, and a separate entrance. The comfortable king-size beds will ensure a great night's sleep. The lounge has a gorgeous chilled feel to it, so you can put your feet up after a long walk up Kingley Vale. Watch whatever you like on the 50" Sky TV! The 'zen' corner is the perfect spot to read a book with a morning coffee or cold drink in the evening. The fully-equipped kitchen is the perfect space to cook up some delicious food! We supply tea and coffee (pods for the Nespresso machine) and sugar, so you'll be right at home straight away. Guest access Easter Lodge has a large private driveway to fit two cars. Funtington is situated 5 miles west of the cathedral city of Chichester. There is a bus that goes three times a day from the bus stop across the road. However, if you are planning on visiting places a little further, such as West Wittering, Goodwood or Bosham you will need a car. Taxis are available, however we would recommend booking them in advance. Kingley Vale Nature Reserve has some of the most beautiful walking routes and views in the area, and is walking distance from Easter Lodge. Other things to note ★ DOGS ★ We are dog friendly and dogs will be charged at £30 per stay. We will supply dog treats and a bowl, however, you will need to bring their food and bed/blankets/towels etc. If you are planning on bringing your dog/dogs please message me so I can send you the payment request. ★ MINUT ★ Our property’s quiet hours (10pm to 8am) are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our house rules during your stay. We use a smart home technology to help protect our guests, the surrounding community and the property. ‘Minut' is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. It also records temperature and humidity. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.
