Shops, restaurants located within walking distance or a short drive, on Victoria St or a plaza on Lorraine. Free parking for 1 car. The room includes a desk, chair, TV, microwave and mini fridge. All guests are required to be vaccinated. No smoking allowed inside the house. Guest access The bedroom and bathroom are all yours, and the door to the basement contains a washer and dryer, which is shared access. There is NOT any kitchen access.
