Villa Donatella, a corner of paradise

The "Villa Donatella" vacation home is located in Leni, 2.5 km from the port of Rinella where hydrofoils and ships dock. It is a typical Aeolian house, with a garden and patio available to guests equipped with bisuoli (typical Aeolian masonry seats), deck chairs, rocking chair, barbecue area and outdoor shower. From the terraces of this property you can enjoy a unique view: on the horizon the islands of Vulcano and Lipari and during the clearest evenings also the spectacle of Etna. The space From the entrance gate of the property, you cross a pathway with long and low steps. Access to the house is mainly from the large living room that also serves as a living room, equipped with a TV, from which you can move independently to the other rooms. There are 3 double bedrooms: to the right of the living room is the 1st bedroom (in which, if necessary, it is possible to add a 3rd folding bed, suitable for children up to 12 years old) equipped with air conditioning; the 2nd bedroom also has a double bed, ceiling fan and mosquito net and a panoramic window overlooking the village of Leni. To access the 2nd double bedroom** you can either cross the first bedroom but, to allow more privacy to its occupants, it is recommended to pass along the terrace and access the interior of the house directly from the living room. **Note: to offer more privacy to the guests of the 3 bedrooms (in case the guests are 3 couples of friends), the bathroom belonging to the 2nd bedroom will be the external one, on the entrance driveway, equipped with toilets (no bidet) and a floor shower. Since these are family units, it is also possible to use the internal bathroom by passing through the terrace and consequently from the living room. Both bedrooms have access from the panoramic terrace and are equipped with a mosquito net. A corridor leads to the 3rd double bedroom, equipped with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan and with a mosquito net; this room also has an access from the back of the house where there is a laundry area with a clothes rack. Next to this room, again with a separate entrance from the hallway, there is the bathroom complete with all bathroom fixtures with a glass shower cubicle, a window with a mosquito net, and a washing machine. Also from the living room you enter the kitchen in typical Aeolian style, with 4-burner stove, built-in electric oven and also an electric oven, an espresso coffee machine and a fridge. The kitchen is also accessible from the outside. The house is externally surrounded by a large panoramic terrace with a beautiful sea view that can be accessed from every room. In addition, next to the entrance area there is a very panoramic loggia, belonging to the house and therefore available to guests, equipped with a wooden table and chairs, a masonry table, typical Aeolian masonry seats (bisuoli), deck chairs, a barbecue area and an outdoor shower. All around is a large garden. From the terraces of this house you can enjoy a unique view: on the horizon the islands of Lipari and Vulcano and in the background, especially during the clearest evenings, you can also admire the spectacle of Mount Etna.
