Our home is in the final stretch of a 10-year paint project :-) All the essentials for a great stay are here! Clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing with cozy beds, room-darkening shades, and well-kept shared spaces. Choose from 3 listings: 1 Queen room + shared spaces, OR 1 King room + shared spaces, OR the entire house with 1 Queen AND 1 King room. (The 3rd bedroom is never available.) The space Your stay includes a private bedroom in a cozy three-bedroom ranch home in a quiet neighborhood near a school, park, and bike path (about 1 mile away). Relax in the living room with a comfy couch and chair, or enjoy the large smart TV with local channels and streaming apps. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a Keurig, kettle, and coffee/tea selection. A dining table doubles as a meal or work space, and a washer/dryer is available for your use. Guest access You’ll have full private access to your bedroom, plus shared use of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, laundry, and front and back yards. Important: Please stay in the room you booked. Moving to a different room without approval will result in an additional charge. During your stay We’ll be in and out during your stay. After many, many guests, we’ve spent considerable time systematizing the app information to benefit both of us—Wi-Fi info, parking, alarm instructions, linens, bike storage, and much more.
